This policy applies to the ₹49 1:1 Personal Life Coaching Session booked through https://sunalisingh.com/.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered paid once the payment is successfully confirmed. Session details will be shared using the contact information provided by the customer.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers should review the session details before making payment. Under the proposed policy, the ₹49 session fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the service provider.
3. Rescheduling
Customers may request one rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested through the official contact channel.
4. Missed or Late Sessions
Customers are expected to join on time. If a customer misses the session or arrives late, the session may be treated as used, subject to any applicable legal requirements and arrangements agreed with the provider.
5. Provider Cancellation
If Sunali Singh needs to cancel a confirmed session, the customer will be offered a rescheduled session or a refund, as appropriate and agreed with the customer.
6. Payment Issues
If payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not received, contact us with the payment reference or transaction ID. Duplicate or failed transactions will be reviewed and resolved appropriately.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the processing timeline will depend on the payment provider and banking institution. The customer will be informed of the expected timeline.
